It seems like every day we make up new terms. The one for today is "under-banked communities". I propose "under-brained congresswomen" for tomorrow. If we allow post offices to do our banking, why not also DMV's? Or pot shops? Or strip joints? I know when I think of people that I would most trust to handle my money, it's mailmen, pole dancers and DMV slugs. What could go wrong?

If a person doesn't have a bank account, or has suspect or no identification, or perhaps is not a legal resident, or lives in a prison cell, and receives a stimulus or unemployment check (yeah, I know, how could that possibly happen) how does he cash it?
