I hear people say she should have went on more podcasts etc. That is not the problem!!!!!! The problem the Democrats have are their policies. They suck. Most Americans don't agree with them. What they think is important, isn't important. So if she went on more podcasts, or whatever, she would have exposed how stupid their policies are. It is not that she was a good or bad campaigner, or that Trump was either. Trump said a lot of things that people thought was stupid. It was about POLICIES, not delivery.

He's back! My favorite British liberal with an anti-Trump Rant that's almost as funny as the one he posted after Trump's 2016 win.
Enjoy!

In light of this election, I think it's important that we not get ahead of ourselves. Too many conservatives may think that by winning this election we've won the war. That's not the case. At best, we've won a battle in this war. If you take a step back and look at things on the macro level, the picture is not as rosy:
The American education system from preschool through college is 95% woke, and it is cranking out tens of millions of brainwashed woke young liberals all the time. The American media is 95% woke, and they reinforce that brainwashing every day of those people's lives. Conservatives in this country have no equivalent machine to counter that production. Until we invent one, or until we take back those two institutions, the numbers over time are overwhelmingly against us. Add to that the fact that conservatives are aging and dying off, and the long-term future may look pretty bleak.

True MD. First off, now we have to pay interest and pay off the massive debt he accumulated. And the schools will be challenging. We need school choice across the country.

Having seen the TYT emotional catharsis after the 2016 election I was sorta looking forward to seeing some of the morning after sanctimony from our favorite intellectual elites. And as always, they didn’t let me down.
From the “Morning Joe” guy, to social analyst Jimmy Kimmel to Rachel Maddow to those beloved rapscallions of “The View”, to our brethren of TOB. It's been rapturous. Had I known it would be this entertaining I would’ve actually voted for Trump.
The Morning Joe guy is simply a monotonous tool. Nothing new to see there. Jimmy Kimmel is the biggest pussy on TV. If anybody SHOULD be a transgender it would be him. The TOB postmortem was the predictable “They're-all-like-real-stupid-and-Trump-is-a-fascist-felon-and-our-democracy-is-threatened” etc, etc. Again a bit tedious but that’s actually the accepted mainstream mantra.
Most interesting was “The View”. They have such a surreal perspective on reality that's fascinating to hear. The loss had nothing to do with any substantive issues or the current state of affairs. It's all about the failure of their regimented demographic cohorts to vote correctly: Hispanic males, college educated white suburban women, white males under 30, married women over 50, transgender Lithuanian farmers, whatever……….
It's like we're all supposed to have stickers on our shirts identifying our particular demographic and we're expected to vote en bloc a certain way because of our duty to that demographic. Like who the hell are these statistical monoliths to decide for themselves what's best? They've been instructed over and over who to support and yet so many just refuse to listen. It's SO disappointing for the women of The View.
Y'know. it's bad enough that I'm expected to bear the collective guilt of my white supremacist patriarchy. Now I've got to assume the burden of Joey Behar's approbation and disappointment with Americans. Gee, thanks guys.

In my entire life, I have watched less than 2 combined minutes of The View. But from those two minutes, and from the many snippets I've seen from various sources since, I can say without a doubt: Of all the celebrities and famous people on the planet who make an effort to appear smart, Whoopi Goldberg is absolutely the dumbest. If you pass her on the street, your brain will rot a little bit just from the close proximity.

I never thought I'd see a department of Government Efficiency in my lifetime... And run by the king of efficiency himself no less.
Too good to be true

How can a man run Tesla, Space-X, Twitter and a new Department of Government Efficiency, all at the same time? Is this the recipe for an early heart attack or stroke?

In light of this election, I think it's important that we not get ahead of ourselves. Too many conservatives may think that by winning this election we've won the war. That's not the case. At best, we've won a battle in this war. If you take a step back and look at things on the macro level, the picture is not as rosy: The American education system from preschool through college is 95% woke, and it is cranking out tens of millions of brainwashed woke young liberals all the time. What a week it was, I think I slept about 3 hrs a night pre and post election days and eves. I was so enthralled & engaged I really didn't get to our forum here to opine, debate, contribute much to the moment, even more so to celebrate in what we have to conclude was victory on so many levels. A YUGE victory! @mdd, the future long term may indeed be bleak, but what we endured the past 4 years was beyond bleak, simply put, the majority of Americans whole heartedly and rationally agreed. With that, can I add a few points to your statements above. Agree, can not, do not "get ahead of ourselves". Euphoria and jubilance are simply the "high"..., nothing more than a feeling. Enjoy it, but now it's about action. Just two years to take that and make what got you here, happen! Battles & Wars, Sly Stone recently referred to President Trump as our era's George Washington, with that statement I delved into all things GW for a review of what may or not be similarities between the two men that "Rocky" compared, what I found or stuck out was that GW actually lost more battles during the Revolutionary War than he won, yet in the end he won the battles that mattered to WIN the WAR!! Trump will no doubt have many a battle ahead in some many areas of our government (swamp), as you mention "American education", a system so broke in so many ways that an overhaul seems like a mountain unable to climb. In particular the "brainwashing" in which most if not all of us here agree is purely out of the Marxist playbook, outside the mainstream media, I believe this is the root of our decay as the country we know. It has to change, the tipping point ha come, both fiscally and morally. Now let me point out some promising news, the biggest gain for Trump in 2024 demographically was his 10% gain in 18-29 year old voters. To me that may be one of the most important outcomes of the entire election. If we need that long term bleak outlook to reverse cause this is where it starts. I believe social media, mostly now led by free speech "X" (Thank You Elon) as well as a generation of young people who suffered greatly under Covid (Tyrannical Rule) were not only pissed, but are more so aware of the powers of big government and how it can not only rule, even ruin your life. These are the kids that spent 3 of their 4 years of high school wearing masks, told to stay locked at home, do not socialize in contact with other people or your friends and family. <~~~ Youth Vote! Stepping aside from Covid (Rant for another day and I hope RFKJr gets to the bottom of that), our "equivalent machine" is the counter questioning, free speech platforms like "X" and the critical thinking spaces now offered by podcasting where what is being churned out by the present education machine is challenged and rebuked. The days when kids got fed propaganda all day in the classroom and at the bell closed their books went home and didn't have much challenge to what they heard or were taught is over. The school bell rings, the iPhones light up on social media, and better cases and rebuttals to what one just heard are present, right in the palms of their hands. Lastly, in this war w/ education in America, the victor of 2024 has gone as far as simply closing down the Department of Education ENTIRELY!. We shall see, but I feel it could actually happen, taking the Federal government OUT of the equation. Americans over the next two years are about to be asked, how much more or less government do you want? And as a Libertarian minded American, should things go well through to 2026, the people will say "LESS", they will see less is more and I will simply be giddy
