All this has been bubbling just below the surface for over a year now (from the Wuhan lab origins of COVID to HCQ and so on), but the open admission here from Dr. Brett Giroir that so-called scientific "professionals" allowed political bias to affect their work for and/or advice to the POTUS regarding a deadly pandemic is still astonishing. "Science" figures from Fauci on down deserve to rot in jail for the rest of their lives for their malfeasance.
And once the media is forced to concede the truth of this bias effect, they'll go on and blame Trump anyway.

And to top it off, our tax dollars helped fund this specific research in Wuhan. No wonder Fauci didn't want to show up today.

Well, when such rational reasons are brought forth here I'll be happy to...as it is all you've got is silly speculation and YouTube posts featuring Gym Jordan, one of our most intellectually challenged Congress-people. Do I think Mr. Jordan or for that matter any Congressman is qualified to hold an non-political investigation into the origins or handling of the Coronavirus? Let's say I'm skeptical. |

I've watched enough videos of Mr. Jordan to have come to the conclusion a long time ago that he's what you get when you elect a gym teacher to Congress. I have no problem with conservatives who have enough intelligence to not do that. Conservatives who do elect mental midgets like Mr. Jordan, Mr. Gohmert, or Mr. Nunes to name a few, do not deserve anything else but my contempt. Yes, the Democrats have a few idiots in office too, but you guys have elevated mediocrity to new heights. What we have that calls itself "conservative" today bears no resemblance to the Conservatives of my youth. You guys don't stand "for" anything you're all about what you're against, and it's become increasingly difficult to define what you're against. You guys used to be the "law and order" guys, but now you hate the FBI and the Feds in general. Conservatives used to be about following the rules, but now it's "no mask for me" and screw everybody else. Conservatism today is all about moving from one made-up grievance to the next and those grievances are ever-changing. Just look at the ridiculous law passed by the state legislature and signed by Ron DeSantis in FL that was promptly enjoined. That was the act of a Conservative? |
