Track Meet today - Mater Dei at Servite. I'm told this may likely determine the Trinity League Championship, with St. John Bosco a possible contender as well.

I don't have the score but Servite won yesterday's meet with the Monarchs. Mater Dei Week concludes with the Monarch volleyball and baseball teams visiting La Palma Ave. today.

What happened to freshman Jabari Bates? I thought he was our fastest freshman. I heard third-hand that his Dad was unhappy with his playing time (!!!) Kid had plenty of high-lights. Apparently they went over to the dark side: St. John Bosco. His older brother, a junior, remains at Servite. |

St. John Bosco is the only terrestrial example of a black hole. They will suck up anything and anyone that comes within their gravitational pull.

According to Bosco's website, the Braves were upset by Santa Margarita, and are now 3-1 in League.

Amazing. He played football for 2 years. I would love to have seen that. I wonder if the opposing coaches/players made it a point to avoid his legs to avoid injuring him..................................Luca
