MDD...any insight to add? I remember Henry from his short time in the football program. He played on the 2016 freshman team, primarily on special teams and a little as a wide receiver and defensive back. He quit in the summer before his sophomore season because the irritation and friction caused by his prosthesis rubbing against his stump from the constant starts, stops, and sudden direction changes had him raw and bleeding by the end of almost every practice, even after trying a host of different padding products. So he switched to track where the motions are much more linear and less abrupt, and the rest is history. He is a terrific kid who was liked and admired by all his teammates and coaches, to the point that many forgot that he was a one-legged athlete. I think he's what we commonly call an inspiration.

Mater Dei sophomore Nathaniel Frazier ran a 10.76 hundred meters at the Orange County Championships on Saturday in his first race of the season. Among Monarch football players, only Domani Jackson and Mike McNair have ever run faster.

There were two noticeable performances by county athletes at the CIF Masters Track & Field meet yesterday.
Freshman Devin Bragg of Los Alamitos ran a 10.45 100 meters, the fastest time by a freshman in state history.
Freshman Brandon Gorski of Mater Dei won the high jump at 6'8" to tie the school record.

Although not the OC, everything pales in comparison to what Rodrick Pleasant of Gardena Serra did.
