I strongly recommend Gab.com to all. Gab is self sufficient, making them immune to attempts to shut them up. They are a free-speech platform. No censorship. There are many themes at Gab, Christianity, freedom, love of America, and much more, but the one I want to talk about here is their attempts to build an independent economy. One thing they are doing now, is assisting those who want the freedom to say no to the vaccines, and especially to resist the vaccine mandates. Along those lines, there are attempts to build a site listing job opportunities at businesses who do not, and hopefully will not mandate that employees get vaccinated. Here is the first such site: (this is in addition to the site Andrew Torba, the founder of Gab.com is working on, which I link to in the following post). redballoon.work/jobs/There are hundreds of jobs of all types listed on this "Red Balloon" site, (although it says "51 jobs found" at the top of the page). I stopped counting after 200 jobs. There are listings from many states. Anyone facing a job loss, might be able to find a new job or a new career at this site, or at least find something to temporarily see them through, until they find their new permanent job. Check it out, bookmark it, and recommend it to anyone you now who may be facing the Covid Gestapo at work. And please check out Gab.com...We need to stick together. |

Thanks Professor. I think Gab is good. I think there could be a shortage of first responders and health care workers who refuse to get the shot. If they can get a job elsewhere to get them by, good for them.
I don't see any mandates at Barnes and Noble. Maybe we should have a list of companies who are not forcing employees to get the shot.
Did Amazon mandate it? I haven't seen that yet. Whole Foods - no mandate.

Good find Professor. I'll continue to be part of the control group in this ongoing study of the vaccines. All MAJOR future variants will be vaccine resistant, just like the Delta variant.
Just a side note: Remember when people were making fun of videos where the magnet stuck to the skin after a person was vaccinated? The Japanese are sure what the metallic-like substance is in their batch of the vaccines, but they noted that it was magnetic. Several people in Japan died from the tainted vaccine before they could halt it.

Did you ask that of the 8 billion people you polled about missing Trump? Actually I have three nurses in the family. Two sisters and a niece. One sister is retired, the other I hasn't told me her decision yet, and the niece is refusing to get the shots. Swing and a miss again. |

Excellent advice from someone who doesn't have any skin in the game at all. And you know that, how? Because you told us all you're older than Methuselah...if you weren't lying about your age that means you are retired and have no job from which to be fired for refusing the vaccine. Good of you to tell others to risk their jobs to make your point. If you aren't in fact as old as all that I may have made an erroneous assumption. |

I ws going to put this in the Religion thread, but given the conclusion, I think it fits better here:
We are asking our children to carry loads that are way too heavy for them. They should not be forced, as children, to see and feel the world through the lens of adults. Innocence is worth protecting and worth fighting for. We need to do our part as parents and caregivers to carry certain things for them until they are old enough to bear the load. We must make sure they are receiving proper instruction.
