Remember, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation used to be called the "Bill and Melinda Gates Institute for Population Control"
World population has been his primary concern:
In the video Bill says maybe we shouldn't save the children because it will increase the world population. He questioned whether we should we spend money on people in their last days of life.
