Michael Brennan named principal at MD

Mike Brennan is good man and was an excellent Principal at Servite. He was "forced out" only because the new President at Servite, I believe, wanted to his own hire in that position. No different from a perfectly good coach who gets canned because a new GM doesn't want to be committed to someone he didn't hire.

Mike loved Servite and would have stayed on as long as he was extended. Having said that, though, 14 years is a long run as Principal at any school.

p.s. He is taking on the position of President of Mater Dei--not Principal.

p.p.s. My conspiracy theory (hope?) is that he is a mole who will move to scale back the grotesque monstrosity that the MD football program has become.
