They will not say the race of the gunman but the Police has said the gunmen is Black.
Are we looking at a terrorist attack, hate crime or is it the guns fault?

I believe they know exactly who he is, even knew who he is. And why did Youtube one of the players in the censorship movement allow his racist rants on their platform? And even more so, the had him on cam, basically followed his escape and now cant find him...?
