Now that it's obvious he's angling to run for President in 2024, it's way past time Gavin Newsom has his own thread--also considering how much he's contributed to the ongoing decline of our once Golden State.
I'll start it off with a reminder that he's always been a slimy guy. God know I have my own sins, but a man who so easily commits adultery should never be trusted to keep faith with the people he ostensibly "serves." This was from when he was mayor of the People's Republic of San Francisco.

My earliest political memory is the televised Kennedy-Nixon debates, and I can say categorically that Gavin Newsom is the most politically phony and emptiest suit I can remember, with absolutely no genuine political convictions other than getting elected. He is a cartoon character straight out of central casting for a bad sit-com. And he has a chance to be our next president.

I think it is worse than that MDDad. IMO, he is in it for the money and power. That makes him a very bad leader.

Cant wait for this fool to put his hat in the NATIONAL arena of elections...., no matter the opponent, they wont have to spend a dime on political ads... Newsom made a trove of them himself...!

Newsom seems to be spending all his time in Florida and other red states. Who's governing California while he's gone? Is he still receiving his governor's salary all this time? Is the state in such great shape that we don't need anybody at the steering wheel?

Wow, he was able to speak and go to a red state college without protests and death threats. That isn't the way it is in CA.
Plus, he is making things up, twisting things, or just lying. "Don't say gay bill": The word gay wasn't even in the bill, and it had to do with elementary school kids.
Frog, I agree. Like Trump says: "we have to counterpunch." We need to expose his lies AND show the riots and violence in CA when a conservative visits a college. Typical of a Democrat: Point the finger at others for what they are doing. They call us racist, while they judge people based on color. They limit speech is schools, while saying we do. They ban books while we stop pedophilia pornography in elementary schools. But not all pornography in elementary schools is OK, just the gay pedophilia pornography. Sick stuff.

Here is a screenshot of the first few responses to his tweet.  In the second response the guy asks for a list of the banned books. If you look at the banned books, they are all gay pedophilia books. Yah, let's see the list of books banned in elementary school that Newsome wants in schools. |

California isn't failing because the "leaders" are inept, as the video suggests. Sure the leaders are stupid, but they are also lazy and have a contempt for those that do work hard.

Gavin Newsom is already campaigning for the presidency 24/7, and he doesn't give two shits about what happens to California. The real problem is that Democrats in the rest of the nation, who will possibly elect him as our next president, will never see, hear or read the reality of what is going on in this state because of the highly filtered "news" they are fed.
