It's been ten days now, and I'm still waiting for that first feature article or half-page editorial from Reid, Sondheimer or Plaschke on Rollo's being recognized in Congress for a lifetime of nurturing young student-athletes. I guess they're probably still doing some background work.

Yeah, I hope Fryer didn't injure himself typing those three sterile sentences. Compare that to the dozens of column inches that insisted Rollo be lynched a little over a year ago.

I did say a 'short' blurb. It probably also pained the editorial board to include it. Perhaps the other 'journalists' will write about this at the same time they write about the hazing lawsuit being dismissed. |
