Texas is not only the largest red state in the union, they are also the state most willing to flip the middle finger to the federal government. It's no wonder that a solidly blue administration and congress would push them towards a confrontation.

I wonder what ideas the Democrats are kicking around in Washington. They need to disrupt the election. It is getting a little late for a pandemic. Maybe some sort of outage, either Internet or power, or both, and blame it on Iran or China or Russia. They can't take a chance of losing power. Too much money at stake.
