That's an interesting question. Baldwin is a solid, woke leftist, so if the shooting had happened in California, he would not be charged at all, or his sentence would be to wear an ankle bracelet and stay in his house for a week. New Mexico is a solidly blue state as well, so we'll see if they strongly pursue a conviction, or if they put on a show and then turn him loose after kissing his ass and getting his autograph.

My guess is community service and probation. Pretty low price to pay for being careless enough to blow someone away.

He and her did not get along and might have gotten into a fight - at least that is the way I remember it. But I bet the DA says "we couldn't prove intent." The guy got away with murder, I think. Hopefully at least manslaughter.
