I think the difference will be with Independents, who clearly saw that the crimes alleged against Hillary were actually true (the July 6 Comey press conference "exonerating" her after laying out the case against her). What they will come to agree with in regards to Russia-gate is that the whole thing was phony. And once Barr gets underway in bringing down the hammer on the skullduggery of Obama and Hillary in 2016, Trump will be even further vindicated. The problem for the Left in their Trump investigations is this: when you shoot for treason and continuously compare your target to Hitler--and fall demonstrably short in proving either--any other sin short of that looks desperate and weak.
