That would be my guess as well. Lots of ads on that site anymore. This one didn't cost anything to set up.

So this is all interesting. If ya'll didn't notice I stayed off the political threads over there. I observed JQP come down on sport posters based on how he felt about them politically and giving passes to guys on his side of the spectrum. My gripe with that personally is that if you are a moderator and it is known that you are then you must to your best at staying or appearing neutral. He couldn't help himself. TYPICAL LIBERAL! Squash free speech! And LOL at his tag line "Where everyone's entitled to an opinion, no matter how wrong it may be." #Not
So can I assume there won't be a high school forum coming soon over here!
P.S. why did my screen name not get caps? SK80 not sk80 damn it!
P.S.S. Did Ommie Bungo get canned? He hasn't posted since Credo got bumped... or was that the only reason he came in! Ha!

Hi there SK80. You're in luck - there are  if you're so inclined. Most of the guys here can figure out if you're happy, sad or whatever an emoji would show without it. Pretty smart bunch over here. Not planning on doing a HS sports forum. No clue about Bongo - highly doubt he got voted off the OCC island though. |

I have the same question. I entered my screen name as MDDad, but it comes up all lower case. Must be Luca's doing. Bick, can you help? Since I'm a moderator over there, I can assure you Omar has not been warned or banned. For some reason, he hasn't posted in 15 days. It does seem odd that he stopped posting the day after we all left. |

It's an all-inclusive forum...but don't get me going on the need for inclusivity. Better yet, it's not an all-inclusive forum, but you can post whatever topic you want.
Display name corrected. You can adjust your display name, avatar, etc on your profile page (I think). I've got different permissions, so it's not clear what everyone else can see / adjust.

Any reason why I do not have a "Create Thread" toggle or option? Went to the help page and followed what seems like obvious steps yet I do not see it. maybe a ADMIN issue...?

If you exit to the page that shows the different threads, there's a Create Thread button near the top right of the page.

It's all part of the board design, SK. It's a way of keeping Wabash clones off the board. If he can't figure out how to start a thread he likely doesn't have anything worthwhile to say

Click right above the search box. Might be a function of your contrast settings on your monitor. Your screen is a lot darker than mine.
