Hello All,
Thank you all for the warm welcome and thank you ProfessorFate for the kind words regarding my site. As the Professor stated, I am a Servite Alumnus, class of 79. Played football but mostly rode the pine. Love politics (grew up in a union Democrat house but flipped and voted for Reagan by 18), Theology (not an expert) and Sports, mostly college football (Notre Dame all the way!) and High School football. I am an INTP if you buy the Myers-Briggs thing.
Looking forward to the banter!

Welcome aboard, reachmole! How'd you find us--if you don't mind? Reachmole is a Servite Alumnus, and a friend of mine. He is a member of TOB (That's how we refer to The Other Board, Reachmole). He never posted there, but will recognize many of us. Reachmole has a fantastic Servite Football site that I contacted him about, providing some game scores which were missing. Since some of those scores were provided to me by MDDad, he should get some credit also. Here is that site: www.servitefootball.com/Check it out. It's fabulous! If he decides to actively participate here, we can expect him to join in theological discussions, as well as sports I believe. I'll let him fill in details about himself, but he sounds to me, to be closest to Davidsf theologically. At any rate guys, please welcome Reachmole. That website is incredible---and will go a long way in filling in the considerable gaps in my own knowledge of the Servite football tradition. Reachmole, I'm a Servite faculty member, big-time Trump supporter, and was a first-class thorn in the side of JQP during my short time on the political side at TOB. Glad to have another Friar on board. The Three Stripes contingent is now further outnumbered here. |

The Huarte family lived in the spanish colonial house right next door, on the east side of St. Anthony Claret Church on La Palma... my family was the next house East of them. I didn’t know John well, but recently I got a wild hair and looked him up. We had a good conversation. i taught Myers Briggs as a leadership tool for a decade at my employers behest... I’m an INTJ. |
