But I have to say, Vilepagan, this 4-year-old Russian collusion imbroglio has outlived what utility it was intended for. After four years of melodramatic accusations, "bombshells" that fizzled, investigations that resulted in nothing other than peripheral charges against peripheral minions, and the ungodly amount of hype……… this thing is dead. It did not happen. The President did not “collude” with the Russian government to illegally influence the election. Sadly the Senate Intelligence Report disagrees with you. The truly sad thing is that you and many others think this is unimportant. I think the fact that the Republicans in Congress ignored the evidence that was right in front of them is a crime, but of course our political system won't allow anyone to be held accountable. How can you read the words written by the Senate and not be upset? Perhaps you didn't read them? I'll post these FACTS again: While the GRU and WikiLeaks were releasing hacked documents, the Trump
Campaign sought to maximize the impact of those leaks to aid Trump's electoral
prospects. Staff on the Trump Campaign sought advance notice about WikiLeaks releases,
created messaging strategies to promote and share the materials in anticipation of and following
thdr release, and encouraged further leaks. The Trump Campaign publicly undermined the
attribution of the hack-and-leak campaign to Russia and was indifferent to whether it and
WikiLeaks were furthering a Russian election interference effort. The Committee found no
evidence that Campaign officials received an authoritative government notification that the hack
was perpetrated by the Russian government before October 7, 2016, when the ODNI and DHS
issued a joint statement to that effect. However, the Campaign was aware of the extensive media
reporting and other private sector attribution of the hack to Russian actors prior to that point.
Tell me that this indicates the trump campaign was completely above board, no ethical or criminal violations at all...and this is but one example of many in the report.

I'll post these FACTS again: The arguments being made are really no different than those made by the Q-Anon folks or those who don't believe Obama was born in Hawaii. A couple of facts stitched together with some innuendo and partisan bias to come to a Frankenstein conclusion that just isn't so. The difference is that the the mainstream media & Dems are stringing the Russia collusion believers along instead of telling the truth, so the hoax continues. It is sad actually, to see people desperately cling to something other than guns & religion. As an example, consider Adam Schiff. He spent years going on CNN & MSNBC telling the world he had evidence of Russian collusion. However, when under oath, he said he had no such evidence. He lied over and over in public and millions of Dems believed in him & the hoax. The Russian Collusion Hoax should be part of the Moveon.com agenda.

There is one thing about that entire collusion fiasco that continues to pay dividends:
Everyone from Robert Mueller, Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff to Wabash and Vilepagan believed they were heading out to sea certain they would find and destroy the Great Orange Shark from Jaws. When they utterly whiffed and returned to port without him, they've been bragging ever since about the half dozen minnows they managed to bag.

These arguments are being made by Republicans on the Senate Intelligence Committee...you know, the same Republicans that ignored all this evidence when it was time to impeach. You don't have to believe them of course, but they have a little more credibility than Q-Anon or the Birthers.

but they have a little more credibility than Q-Anon or the Birthers. Very little. The only reason there is any appearance of any credibility is due to the support by the mainstream media, the Dems and the Never Trumpers. Like Shiff, all have lied to the public and then reversed course when under oath. In the end, it is still a hoax and not true, no matter how much you wish it was. If the Birthers had mainstream media pushing their theory and the entire Republican party trying to impeach Obama over it, it would have had just as much credibility and had been just as much a hoax as Russian Collusion.

Q-Anon and Birthers represent about 2% of the electorate. I personally know only one person who takes either seriously. The Trump-Russia dead-enders represent about 90% of both Democrats and the mainstream media.

I hate to say I told you so..... Why do you lie so obviously and with such distressing regularity? I would wager there is no one on this board who believes for a second that you hate to say "I told you so".

When are Obama, Biden, Comey, Clapper, and Brennan getting fitted for their orange jumpsuits? (Of course this won't happen, but we can always dream...)

Well, hmmmm.... Andrew McCarthy: Durham doesn’t appear to qualify for special counsel appointment to investigate Russia probeNevertheless, it does not appear that Durham, as a Justice Department lawyer, qualifies for a formal special counsel appointment....Under Section 600.3 of the regulations, “The Special Counsel shall be selected from outside the United States Government.” At the time Mueller was appointed, for example, he was a private lawyer no longer in government service.
The requirement that the appointee be from outside the government is necessary because of the conditions that trigger special counsel appointments. Under Section 600.1, such an outside prosecutor should be named only when (1) a criminal investigation in warranted, and (2) that investigation would present a conflict of interest for the Justice Department — such that it would create serious ethical problems for the case to be investigated in the normal course by a district U.S. attorney’s office or a litigating unit of the Justice Department.www.foxnews.com/opinion/russia-probe-special-counsel-durham-andrew-mccarthy

Obama spied on Donald Trump--and the FBI lied about it for the past four years.

"Newly declassified text messages from Peter Strzok show the FBI was investigating Trump before Crossfire Hurricane was ever opened."
And this makes trump look good how?

The corollary to this Hillary campaign-generated hoax is the one about Trump doing "Putin's bidding" over the past four years. Both canards fly in the face of all evidence.
