Seems like the blame is falling on Walt's Disney and Knott for building successful attractions, and not the attendees for choosing to go there instead of Lion Country Safari or the Japanese Deer Village. If Disney and Knotts lured away all the lions and deers from its competitors this might be a more apt analogy, but perhaps it's symptomatic of the problem: these are first and foremost schools, not semi-pro football teams. (Insert pot & kettle for the Griffins who migrated east and north to La Palma......I know.)

I read that the Narbonne QB transferred to La Habra. Can anyone confirm that?

The correct analogy is Walt's built better attractions that drew more crowds away from smaller, less interesting attractions. Servite remodeled their attraction, and drew some of the crowd away from Los Al. I disagree with the Sondheimers of the world who think there's something nefarious about it.

the first BIG transfer has dropped. Raleek Brown from Stockton, CA is transferring to MD. 4 star '22 kid with some big time offers (Bama, Oklahoma, Michigan, USC).
Small but phenomenal running back. Hoping USC lands this kid.
MD is gonna go real strong this off season.
This is gonna be good.

A 4-star transfer from Stockton? That's a helluva commute for the van pool. If true, Mater Dei has jumped the shark even more than with those rentals from Rancho Cucamonga. So desperate to keep up with the Visor. There's no getting off this treadmill.....

If Disney and Knotts lured away all the lions and deers from its competitors this might be a more apt analogy,.. The correct analogy is Walt's built better attractions that drew more crowds away from smaller, less interesting attractions... In that analogy, the lions & deer are the talented sports stars, while the crowds drawn represents the success of the program. To continue it, Disney & Knotts snuck into the other facilities, dressed in camouflage in the dead of night, and laid out a trail of food. The lions & deer left their homes and followed the food to the doorsteps of Disney & Knotts. In the light of day, Disney & Knotts then opened their front doors exclaiming "look at all of these wonderful animals that want to transfer to our amusement park". The moral of the story is that Disney & Knotts suck and nearly all of the animals they poached from other areas ended up as table fare the when they could no longer amuse the crowds.

That's three straight years now: Sean Dollars, Marceese Yetts, and now Raleek Brown. Way to develop and coach up recruit the home-grown talent. I'm sure Quincy Craig must be thrilled with the new addition to a now crowded backfield. There's nothing like RB by a committee of three to highlight the kids for the college recruiters.

ONE guy post this on twitter and all of sudden its Truth. No one else has confirmed it...Theres hasn't been any news regarding Brown to MD. At one time there was talk about him transferring to a Trinity league team, but it didnt happen. Lets wait and see first before everyone jumps the gun.

The Brown kid is confirmed www.ocregister.com/2020/01/13/running-back-prospect-transfers-to-mater-dei/And Miller Moss is apparently a quarterback with 1 year of high school eligibility left with an offer from USC. To each his own, but I cannot understand why you guys give a flying fornication about HSFB any longer. It's not a high school game and don't kid yourselves. It's a club program won annually by the most effective networking/admissions departments with cash giveaways in the form of reduced/negligible tuition...........................Luca
