As a real Catholic, as opposed to phonies like Nancy Pelosi, I agree with this. What's happening today is a tyranny of a bare majority.

I agree with Trump's thoughts here on impeachment, as I was also calling for the removal of George Bush for engaging in pre-emptive war on false pretenses.

The clown show rolls on. What an embarrassment for level-headed registered Democrats who just want their party to actually do something positive for the country.
The nutjob activists who have been cheering this on since 2016 won't be able to hide their glee--and all the nation will see it via social media, and will not forget it next November.

Tripling down on stupid. Pelosi threatening to hold off on sending impeachment articles to the Senate. Schumer wants to call more witnesses for the Senate trial because "they need more evidence." Uh, dude, that's what the House process was supposed to be about. So he's admitting the House passed a party-line impeachment without sufficient evidence.
This is what happens when you have law school graduates who've never held real jobs running things.

Quid pro Nancy threatens to withhold Congress-approved impeachment until she gets assurance that more dirt can be dug up on her political opponent.
Remember, Democrats ALWAYS accuse their opponents of what they themselves are actually guilty of.

The amount of Millenials who thought that today's vote removed Trump from office is a sad commentary on the American educational system.

Conjure for me, if you will, why have the democrats even gone through this nonsense, GIVEN even the most rabid, imbecilic democrat house member knows with surety it will die in the senate.
They have known it is DOA in the Senate all along...
So, if removal is not their goal, AND they’ve seen Trumps poll numbers steadily rise for weeks, what IS their goal?

The amount of Millenials who thought that today's vote removed Trump from office is a sad commentary on the American educational system. Might be the funniest take of the day. I thought Candace Owens was joking, but it's pretty much everywhere. Complete party line house vote that gets knocked into the stratosphere by the senate. Looking forward to hearing Ted Cruz on this.

Perhaps the Democrats just want to do their jobs even though they know the Republicans will not do theirs.
Maybe it's just to get the Republicans on record for their partisan admissions that they're not going to be fair jurors.
On the other hand, maybe they're just doing what's right.
Take your pick.

Maybe it was too verify just how little their constituency knows (or cares?) about how our country works. It's staggering to read how many thought Trump was removed from office yesterday.

That might be part of it, Bick, but I don’t think they really have their constituents in mind...
I believe (as someone might have said, earlier) their eyes are on the 2020 election stemming from their inability to accept the outcome of the 2016 election. If any of us were reading our resident reprobate, we would easily see how completely void of reason and facts they are. But they are mindless drones goose stepping to the beat of their faux “leaders,” all of who, have stated outright they have to stop Trumps re-election and they seem to believe this will do it. WaPo even referred to the impeachment vote in the House yesterday as “successfully putting a blotch on his presidency.”

The Democrats have managed to turn what should be a solemn rebuke into a veritable Badge of Courage.

This is long. It doesn’t even start until minute 14 (just a “will start shortly” advisory prior to that.
Understand, McConnell has never been on my “most admired” list. I don’t particularly like him. I encourage those who are supporting impeachment to listen to his whole speech. He is right:
