Once again you can't simply disagree with the judge, you must accuse him of all sorts of malfeasance and corruption. It isn't a matter of disagreeing with the judge, rather the judges actions are so bizarre & unprecedented that the only logical conclusion is that he is either incompetent or corrupt.

Can’t believe anyone would actually argue this any longer... it’s a slam dunk case. #SaveFace

It's convenient for you that you can blame your bad behavior on the other guy. You know, disagree with someone, call them a few choice names, impugn their reputation, and then claim it's their fault. I disagree. I could call you stupid and call it a "logical conclusion" but I don't think that would help me make my point any more than it helped you make yours.

Because you all force me to read his “quotes” I see he is still clinging to two losing cases this morning, Flynn and Noosecar, both with overwhelming evidence that his position is not only weak but straight up proven to be wrong. You can’t give the guy enough rope.....!

Whether one agrees or disagrees with the judges decision is irrelevant. The judges actions are what is under scrutiny and based on the response from the prosecuting attorney and the appeals court, these actions are blatantly prejudicial and incorrect. That is not my opinion, that is as many on the left like to proclaim, a fact. So, based on that fact, the motive for such behavior appears to be either incompetence or corruption. There really isn't any other choice.

There really isn't any other choice. You have plenty of choice in the matter just like I choose not to say you're an idiot because I disagree with you. The fact that you choose to assign these negative labels is an indication of how you feel, not an indication of any factual incompetence or evidence of corruption on the judges part.

The fact that you choose to assign these negative labels is an indication of how you feel, not an indication of any factual incompetence or evidence of corruption on the judges part. In trying to determine a motive for the judges actions, the facts point to either incompetence or corruption. Those aren't "negative labels", those are actual potential motives why the judge made the decisions that he did. If there is another motive for the judges incorrect and abusive decision, please feel free to point it out. If you think the judge decided in the manner that he did because he sincerely believed that was the right thing to do, then the prosecuting attorney and the appeals court would most likely say that reason falls under incompetence.

It isn't a matter of disagreeing with the judge, rather the judges actions are so bizarre & unprecedented that the only logical conclusion is that he is either incompetent or corrupt. Judge Sullivan allowed his courtroom to be compromised by prosecutors who--in clear violation of the law--withheld so much exculpatory evidence that an independent U.S. Attorney appointed by the DOJ concluded that the case never should have been brought in the first place. Them's the FACTS. The judge allowed all this to transpire either unwittingly or wittingly, which means he is guilty of either malfeasance or corruption. There is no other option. Even if we assume he has been acting sincerely, he is still sincerely wrong and therefore grossly incompetent. Even the three judge panel ruled he was wrong. Do justice and do your job, Judge Sullivan.

Them's the FACTS. Not to put too fine a point on it, but judges don't issue legal "facts"...they write legal "opinions". These opinions only hold the force of law until some other judge down the line issues a new opinion.

So like most news outlets today, our judges don’t deal in facts but “Op-Ed” verdicts...
