I disagree. I could call you stupid and call it a "logical conclusion" but I don't think that would help me make my point any more than it helped you make yours. You are incorrect. Whether one agrees or disagrees with the judges decision is irrelevant. The judges actions are what is under scrutiny and based on the response from the prosecuting attorney and the appeals court, these actions are blatantly prejudicial and incorrect. That is not my opinion, that is as many on the left like to proclaim, a fact. So, based on that fact, the motive for such behavior appears to be either incompetence or corruption. There really isn't any other choice. Well, today the full Appeals Court reversed the earlier ruling by a three-judge panel and ruled 8-2 that the judge doesn't have to dismiss the case against Flynn...so what does that do to your theories? Appeals court rejects Flynn's effort to dismiss chargesA federal appeals court rejected Michael Flynn's effort to force a judge to immediately dismiss the charges against him, overturning an earlier decision that would have allowed the Department of Justice (DOJ) to drop its case against the former national security adviser.
The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled 8-2 against Flynn's petition for it to step in and force a district judge to grant the Justice Department's motion to drop charges without holding a hearing on the issue.
The circuit court also denied Flynn's argument that the judge overseeing his case be forced to recuse himself. The former three-star general's legal team had argued that Judge Emmet Sullivan acted improperly by appointing outside counsel to argue against the DOJ's sudden decision to drop its case and by asking the full circuit court to revisit the earlier decision by a three-judge panel.thehill.com/regulation/514416-appeals-court-rejects-flynns-effort-to-dismiss-charges

More proof that the swamp needs to be drained.

ROFL. If a court disagrees with you it's a swamp that needs to be drained. Good one. Excellent reasoning.

There's justice, and then there's the Lefts version of Justice. But I'm sure you know that.

Nothing. That ruling wasn't about the reason for the ruling by the judge, rather whether or not he had the authority to make it. He is still either incompetent or corrupt, the Appeals court didn't comment on that. They just cleared up what was under his authority.

There's justice, and then there's the Lefts version of Justice. But I'm sure you know that. I know that justice is supposed to be delivered by the courts...not by disappointed politicians...you seem to like trump's views on what justice is...his justice. And I'm not at all sure you know that.

This is the same standard suggested by Joe Biden himself in a January 2017 WH meeting to investigate Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, an innocent man who remains a political prisoner of the Deep State to this very day.
These people are psychotic.

Trump announced a pardon for Gen. Michael Flynn today. It never should have come to this, except for the corrupt Judge Emmett Sullivan refusing to dismiss the case that even the DOJ requested to be dropped.
Even Michael Tracey--a liberal journalist--acknowledges the travesty of Flynn's prosecution.

I understand Jim Acosta on CNN had an absolute fit today. What will that publicity hound do with Biden in office?

I guess trump must have thought Flynn was guilty...I hope Flynn thanks him for making sure he never gets to clear his name.
