So here’s the thing about THE 25th AMENDMENT which Nancy has either not read or, more likely, doesn’t care about: So her “committee” has no authority unless it is legislated into law (“...or such other body as Congress may by law provide”) which means assign both the House AND Senate, and signed by the president. And, even if she somehow manages to ass that hurdle, eventually removing the president STILL requires a 2/3 vote by BOTH houses to force his removal. in short, she has no intention of removing this president. She is likely setting this up to eventually get rid of Biden (if he wins) and, for now, she is enjoying another of her idiotic hate-filled demonstrations. |
