Apparently VP believes it's OK to firebomb any federal building that is not of historical significance. The Left: "Destroying property is okay, as long as it is not historically significant. If, however, the historically significant property is a statue of dead white person who offends us then disregard he previous statement."I know this is hard for you to understand, but I don't speak for "the left" I only speak for myself. BTW, your assertion that I said destroying property is ok is just stupid. What I said was 'some property is more important than others" but since you couldn't argue with that obviously true statement you just pretend I said something else. Well done. |

VP, I take issue with States that refuse to enforce those rights. For example, Both Washington and Oregon possess the “police power” yet refuse to actually use its power to protect its own citizens and property. You can’t possibly look at the situation in both states and think that it’s safe. Are you saying you're ok with States Rights as long as they exercise those rights correctly? Isn't it up to the States to determine what's correct for them? MDDad thinks it's about federal vs. state property...if that's so why should the state protect federal property? Just so we're clear here I'm not a big proponent of "states rights' but I know you conservatives love the idea....so why not adopt it here? Doing nothing to prevent the destruction of property (and lives) is certainly failing to exercise the State's police power. And yes, they're doing nothing. Prime examples: Portland, Seattle, Chicago. |
