Don't get ahead of yourself, Frog. You were doing so well.

Don't get ahead of yourself, Frog. You were doing so well. Your condescension isn’t necessary. You can quote me later when overzealous Prosecutors (such as this and the Wendy’s incident) have their charges reduced or dismissed as a result of Judges who rely on law rather than emotion.

Looks like the couple have earned themselves some felony charges...the Governor of MO has vowed to pardon them... Does the good Gov. know they have to be convicted of a crime before they can be pardoned? Hey, butt-wipe, the Governor said he WILL pardon them. That is future tense. If he thought he could pardon them before a trial and conviction, he would have used present or past tense. read a grammar lesson for once. 🙄

I wasn't attempting to be condescending, I was just pointing out that many things have to happen before any malicious prosecutions are brought. Let's see what happens next.

Since it didn’t actually quote me, I have no idea to what it is referring. And, since I don’t read or speak moron, I’m not exactly sure what it is saying.

The McCloskeys will never spend a single day in jail for this incident. The political prosecution by this Soros-funded circuit attorney will be DOA per the Governor and the Attorney General of Missouri.
Pure grandstanding on her part--and this will only bring more people into the Trump camp in November. When Democrats overreach--and they usually do--they get slapped down by the greater wisdom of the voters (see the House races in 1994, 2010, and Senate/Kavanaugh 2018).

So you think that to keep politics out of this we need to involve the Governor and AG....brilliant. It's truly amusing to see how often conservatives are willing to ignore the criminal justice system when they don't like the results and go right for the pardons....like there's never any political blowback from that.

Or didn't it sink in? I understand you're not very bright but I did quote you earlier. Now go away and come back to talk to me only after you've learned how to act like an adult.

Vile, you’re also ignoring the politics driving the Prosecutor who is selectively enforcing the law against one group and ignoring the law in regards to another group.

Wait...you mean a DA might selectivity prosecute cases with the best optics that would most likely get him / her re-elected by the constituency in that locale?

I may be ignoring your speculation but I'm not ignoring anything that I should be concerned about. If the prosecutors motives are in question that's a question for the voters in St. Louis. What really isn't in question is how this case should rightfully be resolved...by the courts or by fiat? If you're truly concerned about political influence in this case it's hard to understand why you'd want the Governor or AG to step in and rule by fiat as opposed to letting the justice system handle the case.

It's a frivolous charge VP and it doesn't take a genius to put two in two together - shes up for reelection... Shocking how similar this abuse of power is to the Wendy's shooting Prosecutor. If you're going to enforce the Law, you best be enforcing it both ways.
