Very interesting news as it was much assumed Black America acquired their guns in illegal fashion and mainly on the streets. Anyone see a new wave of law abiding citizens here whom are beginning to better understand the SECOND AMENDMENT due to the inane policies being set by the liberal leftist leaders in many of Black Americas's cities? You really should stop thinking in stereotypes. I'm curious...where did they get their information about the racial makeup of gun buyers? It's not like you have to put that on any form when you buy a gun... I also suspect that Blacks have always understood the second amendment...they didn't just discover it after all. |

That can lead only to open insurrection (much like many of the existing militias). |

It's a federal form. It doesn't vary state to state. But as it turns out I was mistaken, There is demographic information requested on the form including racial makeup....although for the life of me I can't figure out who would want such information or why. |

If the ban on higher capacity magazines was only in effect in CA how will this case have repercussions nationwide?
