Something we have all been saying (Especially MDDad): Kamala Harris — a 2024 problem for Biden and the Democrats
The article lists seven reasons she's an albatross, but give only brief mention to what we think might be the real reason: Interesting side note I believe is more of a prophecy, Reason #6 and an idea I've fostered in here previously in Reason #7:

At some point in their careers, every politician has to learn a very important skill: When asked a question they can't answer, or when asked to speak on a subject they want to avoid or don't really know anything about, they have to have the ability to fake it or sound articulate and informed while avoiding the issue. Kamala Harris has absolutely no ability to do those things. She responds by either cackling like the Wicked Witch of the West, or rambling incoherently such that even reporters shake their heads. Unless she learns those skills soon, her career is over.

Something elite libs don't get-how she got her start in politics matters to a lot of women, especially lower income women. They try to hide it-but Willie Brown is a much bigger deal than many think.

Kamala Harris got her big break in politics the same way many starlets have gotten their big breaks in Hollywood over the years, except that her casting couch was in Willie Brown's office rather than that of some old movie mogul.

Krazy, WIERD.., whichever, it applies... Kamala Harris is a very weird person New York Post November 16 2021
'When Kamala Harris considers movie titles that make people think of her, she probably goes straight to “Wonder Woman.” I have news for her: Every time she opens her mouth, people are wondering, “What Planet Are You From?”
All politicians blather, but Harrisblather is like an air salad with vapor croutons and nullity dressing.
Any five-minute TV interview with Harris — heck, even her own self-promotional videos, such as the instantly notorious YouTube clip in which paid child actors visiting NASA gamely tried to not look creeped out by Weird Kamala — becomes another piece of evidence for her enemies to club her over the head with. It’s gotten so bad for Harris that even state media outlets such as CNN are regretfully informing the public that she just ain’t got what it takes.
As fellow Democrats unload on her behind the scenes, she is firing back (also behind the scenes) that criticism of her must be racist and/or sexist. Because racism and sexism are indeed proud traditions in the Democratic Party, the magical talismanic potency of those two words has party solons fearing that they’ll get stuck with her leading the 2024 presidential ticket, with a 1980-style drubbing sure to follow.
Reports that White House staffers are researching what flavor of Kool-Aid best masks the taste of cyanide could not be immediately confirmed.
Maybe Kamala isn’t an alien; maybe she’s just a machine. Has anyone tried downloading and installing Political Hack 10.4? Has anyone checked to see whether there’s a switch on her back that says “Weird/Not Weird”? Try unplugging her and plugging her back in — though it may be too late.'

No way... I did NOT see this coming (although it is still a rumor at this point): Biden plotting with the House to give Kamala the boot?
But Biden's numbers are only a little better than hers, so this might trigger her own action not 25th amendment HIM sooner than she anticipated. IF this is true and he succeeds in firing her, who do you expect they'll get to replace him? I'm thinking they have only one slightly tarnished star: A certain governor in a certain, large Western state...

She wasn't liked or polled well in the primary, she still doesnt poll well now in the White House, we all knew, now they know it, she is bad baggage.

Biden dumping Harris would be like a clumsy .150-hitting firstbaseman dumping his .130-hitting shortstop. It doesn't make the team a whole lot better.
I wouldn't bet a lot of money on the political upside of Gavin Newsom. There is a lot of solid conjecture making the rounds about the real reason he didn't go to Glasgow.

Being that we are in a "Krazy" thread, I seriously do not think the nation at this point would elect anything else "California". Gavin would not be popular with most of the other 49 states......

MDDad, could you give us a hint on what that conjecture might be?
