The nutshell: - According to a law NEWSOM, himself, signed, he was required to file his party affiliation for the recall ballot, with the Secretary of State
- He missed the deadline
- SO, he asked the Secretary of State to include it, anyway (which would be illegal)
- SOS refused, citing the law Newsom signed... so
- Newsom sued the state for obeying the law:

Bruce has never been a serious candidate. He will get a lot of votes from name recognition, but he is an embarrassing airhead when it comes to policy on social, political and economic issues. Sadly, he makes Kamala Harris look competent. |

To no one's surprise, your Secretary of State has excluded Larry Elder from the ballot, claiming he did not submit all the required tax returns. Elder has given them until today to reconsider or he will sue the state and the sec of state. |

I think he would rule great. He is not part of the caproate cabal. He isn't meeting the AMA, Facebook etc. He would likely veto most of the junk (if not all) coming out of the legislature. As per being an executive like Trump, I don't know about that, but he could surround himself with conservatives, unlike Arnold, and do a good job.
