Flynn was targeted to get him to turn on Trump and to hide the Obama/Kerry Iran deal. It's all about Trump from day one with these traitors. If this judge can't see the bias with the documents just released, he's obviously the one with the bias and part of the problem in Washington. Having said that, I expect the Judge not to vacate the case, and force Trump to pardon Flynn, which will set off the Dems and the MSM again...………… DC is a mess.

This would be a good place to start in reforming the culture of corruption not only at the FBI, but many other federal bureaucracies. Get some of these agencies out of the atmosphere of intoxication with power and status that is the currency of D.C.

Robert Mueller's handpicked lead prosecutor in the Flynn setup has withdrawn from the case today--and all his other cases at the DOJ before the same judge. He's been directing the government's prosecution for almost THREE YEARS and now is just like, "never mind?" Translation: he's being forced to step down now that it's clear this entire case was a fraud and his malfeasance has--finally--been publicly exposed.
The house of cards is crumbling. The next step is for him--and Mueller--to be disbarred for illegally hiding exculpatory evidence from the defense.

Comey would look great in an orange jumpsuit. This guy is so insufferably arrogant and smarmy that he openly brags here about setting up a 3-star General whom he knew at the time had committed no crime. And the best part is that today's DOJ court filing dropping the Flynn case even cited this video of Comey among the evidence showing why the interview of Flynn was without predicate and inappropriate.

Maybe Jerry the Clown should read the DOJ filing (like I did) in dropping the case before making a fool of himself. |

That's all. Congratulations, but you were wrong about why the case was dismissed. It was not dismissed by the judge due to government misconduct. It was dropped by the DoJ because they no longer felt they could make a case. While this is good news for Flynn, it would have been much better if the judge had dismissed the case against him, but that didn't happen. As it stands the "victory" can be framed as one where Flynn was helped out by trump's political allies in the DoJ. |

Can be framed? The corrupt Dems absolutely will say that. Along with the arm of the DNC the MSM. The Judge was part of the swamp too. The upper echelon of the DOJ is corrupt and need to be prosecuted. I look forward to the smirk on Strzoks face being wiped out.
