Somebody go over to TOB and tell them what I already knew in 2016: the entire Trump-Russia Collusion story was a complete HOAX from Day One. The second time he was even walked through the charges step-by-step by the judge so he couldn't claim later that he didn't know why he was pleading guilty...so yeah, there was good reason then and good reason now to think he was and is guilty of lying to the FBI. There seems to be some question as to the FBI's conduct that makes his interview questionable, but there's no reason to suspect Flynn didn't lie to the FBI. I guess the big question now is what's trump going to do? |

BTW, the notes obtained from the interview with the disgraced FBI agents state that they were working to trick him into lying to either charge him or have him fired.

Michael Flynn should sue all those involved for the millions he lost while he was a political prisoner of Clinton/Obama partisans at the DOJ for the past three years.

Flynn was targeted by the FBI based on a phone call he had with the Russian ambassador, in which he was literally doing his job. Let that sink in.

Comey's tweet would have been accurate in January 2017, right about the time he sent Strzok and Pientka over the interview entrap Flynn without cause, as the DOJ finally conceded today.
Oh, and why are James Comey and Democrats in Congress now "attacking law enforcement" and "undermining our cherished institutions?" (Their words when Trump criticized the FBI.)

You are ignoring the reason he plead guilty, which had nothing to do with what he supposedly did, but rather what the FBI said they would do to his son if he didn't. He was basically extorted by the Feds. More important is a list of your responses to Credo's prediction that Flynn was set up & would be set free: 10/25/19 - " Do you guys just make this shit up when you drink too much or does it come to you in your dreams?" 10/26/19 - " The nation has been put through the ringer over Michael Flynn? After he was bankrupted by legal fees and Mueller was threatening his prosecute his son, all while the actual evidence against him was never presented to his defense team--and they never asked for it. Other than that....yeah. The Baghdad Bobs are having a field day with that one. |

No, the notes do not indicate that the FBI was trying to trick Flynn. They were unsure of the reason for the interview and they were unsure what would be done if Flynn lied to them. |

His reasons for pleading guilty aren't relevant. He pled guilty. Twice. The only reason given so far for the government dropping the case is they feel they can't prove beyond a reasonable doubt that his lies were substantial and relevant. No one is claiming that he didn't lie to the FBI. |

This is the phone call Flynn lied about to the FBI. When asked by the judge when he pled guilty the SECOND TIME, he stated he knew quite clearly that lying to the FBI was a crime when he did it...let that sink in.
