This is going to be a pretty embarrassing day for the media as they try with all their might to downplay an obvious good day for humanity. What's good for America, while Donald Trump is in charge, is bad for the Left and its propaganda wing in the press. Example #1 Before we wring our hands over any flotsam or debris from the WaPo, let’s do keep in mind it was bought by long-time Trump Hater, Jeff Bezos, who even still today influences its editorial content through phone calls every two weeks to the managing editorial staff. AND its CEO used to run Politico. knowing that, I cannot think of a single reason to consume the nonsense they put out.

As Nan Pelosi gets a kink in her colon over the President not informing her about the Baghdadi raid in Syria, lets bear in mind it was her and Schumer who threw a hissy fit and stormed out of that meeting with Trump, on Syria just... what was it... 10 days ago.

And she was in Jordan last week, along with Adam Schiff, trying to undermine Trump's cease-fire agreement between Turkey and Syria. These people leak like a sieve and cannot be trusted with sensitive military intelligence information. Everything is politics 24/7 with these Democrats and they're only upset that this successful operation undermines their non-stop narrative that Trump is evil, incompetent, blah, blah, blah....

Chris Wallace asked VP Pence that very question (“was the president accusing the Speaker of leaking national security secrets?”) Pence’s answer danced pretty obviously around the question, but he never did come right out and say, “OF COURSE!” 😆

Unfortunately for us, these are signs of a dysfunctional government that I suspect have been growing for some time now over the past administrations.

If Bagdadi is to be considered a religious scholar, isn't that akin to saying that there is no distinction between Muslims and muslim extremists (terrorists)? WaPo basically just condemned the entire Muslim community by treating a terrorist as if he were a faithful follower of the Koran.

This is actually funny. They’re putting together a Delta raid that’s going to be flying over Turkish and Russian controlled territory and any leaks will be critical. They have to share info with the Turks and the Russians to make sure the Deltas get in there OK, and Nancy Pelosi think she’s entitled to know all this before hand because, y’know, she’s the House Majority leader. Like it’s a political gathering ad we all get a vote. As annoying as these political prima donnas are, they can be a great source of amusement................Luca

It's like calling the mass murderer Jim Jones a "Christian scholar." Those damned Islamaphobes at the Washington Post !

Trump is the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, represents the entire nation, and received approximately 63 million votes in his last election. As the unitary head of the Executive branch, I guess you could say he made an "executive decision."

Exactly what I was thinking. It's like calling the mass murderer Jim Jones a "Christian scholar." The Washington Post would call Charles Manson a noted songwriter and group philosopher. And Adolf Hitler should be remembered only as a mediocre landscape artist and political activist.

One of my sons was a Ranger. When the Deltas would go in for a raid to pick up a high profile target, they’d need a backup force in case things went south. They’d insist on Ranger backup because they were the best available. To this day he won’t talk much about it, but he went into Pakistan on at least one raid.
He recalled that the Deltas would always come back with prisoners, but the SEALS often came back empty handed because they’d shot everybody up.......“Sorry.” It sounds scarier than hell to me, but think about being on the receiving end. You’d hear choppers and explosives usually around 3 am, but the worst was knowing who you’d be up against...........Luca

So the tens of thousands of people who stand for hours and hours to attend a political rally are not "real people," but only "drooling supporters." Very logical. No, there's nothing sick about not liking Trump. Plenty of people feel the same way. The only ones who are "sick" are those who would boo the President while at a World Series game the day after he ordered the strike that killed the world's most wanted terrorist. When you can't even enjoy a night at the ballpark and bit of national pride without registering your hatred, I'd call that petty and small. Maybe even "sick." You probably wouldn't know this but baseball fans (particularly the millions watching on TV) tend to be politically conservative. And a World Series crowd in Washington. D.C. is not exactly representative of the wider public, a city where 91% of the 2016 vote went for Hillary Clinton. Trump won--in large part--by running explicitly against the D.C. establishment, which includes all the lobbyists, bureaucrats, government appointees, and contractors who are the only ones who could afford a ticket to a WS game (i.e., the "elites"). Seeing them boo the President only reinforces how far out of touch they remain with the vast expanse of flyover country (Trump's base) that can't wait to vote for him again in 2020.

I found myself rooting for Wash prior to that event, mainly because they hadn't won in so long. That little episode flipped the switch for me.

Anyone know where Trump got the crying and whimpering details of Abu before he went to pieces? Doesn't seem like anyone would be close enough to hear that would be around to share given he had blown himself up. Listening devices?
