Bill would force California stores to sell gender fluid clothes

SACRAMENTO – Gender-fluid clothing entrepreneur Rob Smith opened the world’s first gender-free store in New York three years ago with an ambitious goal to spread his non-binary message and clothes into every retail space around the world.
But this LGBTQ activist fashion designer has run into a problem. He can’t seem to get big-box retailers in the United States to display his “The Phluid Project” line of clothes into their brick-and-mortar stores as much as he would like.

Under the guise of ridding big box stores of harmful gender stereotypes, Smith convinced the California Legislative LGBT Caucus Chair Evan Low (D-San Jose) to introduce a bill to punish companies with fines if they don’t make room for the kind of products Smith sells.
Smith’s bill has easily passed through two Assembly committees with a hearing in the Assembly Appropriations Committee set for Wednesday.What are blue jeans and T-shirts if not "gender fluid?" I swear, just when I thought your legislators had been THE most ridiculous, they come up with something even mores. God forbid they hound focus on the less important things like the homeless turds on public street, or wildfire control... Idiots. |

Why do we have to suddenly come up with new ways of spelling words we've used for centuries? What's wrong with "fluid"? And suing a retail company because they won't carry your line of clothes is reprehensible. A store should be able to decide to carry what they believe sells best. This Rob Smith and his Phluid Project should open his own brick and mortar Phluid Stooohre or sell his crap online. He is an overly woke Phucking Luuuser.

Using "brown outs" and "black outs" to refer to negative or undesirable situations is incredibly racist, and it serves to illustrate how white supremacy has tinged our language with systemically racist terms. Why don't we call it a white out? And the only reason we may have power shortages this summer is because white people exhibiting white privilege use much more than their fair share of electricity, while preventing the expansion of renewable energy by avoiding paying their fair share of taxes. We need a wealth tax! How's that for mimicking the leftist bullshit position? |
