WHEN Biden assumes the mantle, Ruth will finally retire (or die) and Obama will be appointed to SCOTUS. That may be true, but it's how our system of selecting Supreme Court justices works. We must either support it for both parties, or oppose it for both.

So long as the Senate must still affirm, I support it for both parties, UNLESS the Senate and the White House are held by the same party...

So you haven't supported the process for the last four years?

His reign of foolishness and divisiveness is a distant memory NOW. WHEN Biden assumes the mantle, Ruth will finally retire (or die) and Obama will be appointed to SCOTUS. Even if Biden were to win (and he won't), there's no way in hell that Obama wants any part of the SCOTUS, simply for the fact that you can't cash in on your celebrity from there and spend time hobnobbing with the Hamptons crowd. He'd actually have to work for the first time in his life; he's avoided that thus far, don't see him starting now. But I wouldn't mind if some Democrat down the line wanted to nominate him. At least that would shut him up and keep him off the campaign trail. (Which is exactly why BHO would never seek this; his ego's too big.)

OK, then Michelle... but my point is, we have not suffered the last Obama in office.

We were amply reminded of this last night--for those few who were unfortunate enough to watch his pathetic performance.

It's a little surprising that almost four years after leaving office, Barack Obama is still the undisputed rock star of the Democratic party. And his wife, who has never done shit, is second. It says a lot about the rest of the roster that none of them can come close to challenging them for the leadership spot. It's like perpetually being the opening act for an over-the-hill Bette Midler.

Why does the Democratic party like to portray the spouses of their presidents as competent politicians? Bill & Barack were elected, Hillary & Michelle were not.
If my sink is leaking, I want the plumber over, not his spouse.

I suppose it's because Plumber Bill and Plumber Barack are retired, and there's nobody else who knows how to fix a leak. So their spouses are the only option.

Nuh-uh
The democrats always use their convention to introduce future candidates or cabinet members.
As I tol’ja previously: We have not heard the last from either of those women.

We have talked about AOC's crazy eyes, I noticed that Hillary has them too. I probably never really noticed before because it was too painful too look at her face. However, watching part of her DNC speech, I focused on her eyes and you could see the same "I'm nuts" characteristics that crazy people give off.
I never understood why Bill Clinton ever married Hillary in the first place. I now believe that as fugly as she is, being crazy probably made her interesting in the bedroom when she was young. We know Bill thinks with his pecker and has never been discerning when it came to looks, so the fact that as a youngster, Hillary was probably a cyclone in bed caused Bill to choose to marry her. Poor dude has been paying for that bad decision ever since.
