Tampa's defense was stellar today.
GB was on tilt.

So this was definitely a "Tom Brady is GOAT" day. Not only did Brady lead the Bucs on the road to a stellar victory over the difficult to figure out Raiders, the Patriots & Cam Newton got their asses handed to them at home by an inconsistent 49ers team. Definitely both go in Brady's favor, making the score 4 - 2.5 in favor of MDDad. However, maybe MDDad was right. Maybe keeping track and analyzing these performances this year has zero bearing on Brady being GOAT. Maybe we should do as MDDad suggests and just forget 2020 even existed in our evaluation of who the GOAT QB is in NFL history.

Here is another one to chalk up for the GOAT.... he was 33/45 368 yards 4 TD 0 INT and who was his leading receiver? Yes none other than a 1st round draft pick, I mean a Hall o Famer, wait, I mean a 6th round 5'9" guy from Bowling Green! Scotty Miller 9 catches 109 yards. WHO! Making everyone better. Name another QB who has made a small slot receiver like Brady an these types of players major contributors to wins and winning Super Bowls.

It's also worth noting the milestone that Brady's four TD passes gave him 559 for his career, moving him into first place on the career list, passing Drew Brees at 558. What's that you say? You thought Terry Bradshaw was #1? No, Terry is #37 with 212 TD passes.

Yeah, the NFL rules are exactly like they were back in the 1970's, so the total TD passes determines GOAT. Since you are acting stupid, I must probably explain that last sentence was an example of sarcasm.
Five of the top 8 all time passing TD leaders are still playing. Career passing TD's, in & of itself, is useless in determining GOAT.

Did I say today's NFL rules are the same as in the 1970's? No. Did I say total career TD passes determines GOAT? No. In fact, I never even mentioned GOAT.
And since nobody here seems to share you lofty opinion of Sir Terry, I guess we're all more stupid than you. Congratulations.

Between the dramatics and semantics you are using, it appears you have become VP's long lost twin. What's next, a move to Philly? You made a stupid comparison & got caught, so just take the L & move on.

First, I think the fact that you seem unable to hurl an insult that doesn't invoke Mater Dei, it's coeds, or Vilepagan is a sign of a weak imagination.
And if one should take the loss and should move on after making stupid comparisons, your mentioning Brady and Bradshaw in the same breath is the posterchild for that advice.

The fact that you think those are the only parameters of my insults is a sign of your ignorance & inability to pay attention. You made that post in a thread about whether or not Brady is GOAT and then denied that it had anything to do with GOAT. That is both stupid & insulting on your part at the same time. Months ago, I gave my opinion on the two QB's who I consider to be GOAT, but it is you who can't move on from that. YOU are the one who interjects Bradshaw's name into posts in which he is not the topic, I haven't introduce him as a topic, only responded. I have moved on, you haven't. So basically you are projecting your flaws onto others. We always knew you were a closet Democrat.

No, not whatever, you are acting like an ass.
GOAT conversations are opinions that are never provable despite all of us giving our reasons why each of us believes a certain person qualifies as GOAT. If Bick made the case that Kareem Abdul Jabbar was GOAT, I wouldn't agree with him, but I understand where he is coming from. There are reasons why someone could consider Jabbar to be GOAT, they just aren't the reasons I choose to make that determination. These kind of abstract opinions are part of good natured discussions, there is no provable right or wrong. There may be a majority opinion, but that just makes it the favorite opinion, not necessarily the correct one for the simple reason there is no correct opinion.
When you try to ridicule people for their opinions on these type of topics, your Nazi genetics are showing. When you make the case for an opinion being incorrect and choose to lie & mislead like you did previously, you are being extremely disingenuous. Worse, you are defeating the whole purpose of this kind of conversation. The purpose of the conversation IS the conversation, not to finally prove who you actually believe to be GOAT should be crowned so.

No, not whatever, you are acting like an ass. ...your Nazi genetics are showing. That's way out of line. I may act like an ass sometimes, but when you say something like that, you are one. Look, if you had opted to make a case for Joe Montana or Peyton Manning rather than Tom Brady as the greatest ever, the result would have been an interesting discussion. But when you discount Brady for winning all his Super Bowls for one coach, you lose credibility. When you set up arbitrary disqualifiers like Brady winning his Super Bowls at the beginning and end of his career, but not in the middle (which may be the single silliest metric I've ever heard), you lose credibility. When you bring up Terry Bradshaw as a potential GOAT, you lose credibility. And when you name a half dozen flopdicks that you believe could have had the same success as Brady if they had played for Belichick and the Patriots, you lose credibility. GOATS aren't chosen on hypotheticals, they're chosen on accomplishments, and Brady's body of work can easily be perceived as the best ever. Much as I dislike the guy.

Wow RSM throwing out the NAZI card. Weak.
And yes, GOAT is a hypothetical non official designation if you want to say or call that, however in the end and amongst it all there is a final or majority consensus. In boxing its Ali, in basketball Jordan and in Football at the QB position it's Brady. Pound all the sand you like RSM, at best you are runner up in your GOATING!

FWIW, whenever discussions drop into name calling, it skirts into the "whatever" pool. Well, for me anyway.
