As Luca pointed out in the opening post; "There are thousands of known viruses, divided into different families: Adenoviruses, herpes viruses, picorna viruses, etc. etc. And corona viruses. The majority of viruses are more nuisance than deadly. Some are severe like the poliovirus or HIV, but most are self-limited illnesses for normal healthy people.
The coronavirus family is one of the latter. There are at least two exceptions within this large family, but the vast majority of cases are simply upper respiratory illnesses that likely all of us have been infected with before." These virus' are ALWAYS AND EVERYWHERE changing, mutating & adapting in their interactions with other life-forms, they're always changing. The data I have seen tell me that this isn't something to panic about. About two percent mortality .. MAYBE. This will change as we get more information. But people are NOT dropping like flies from this. It is killing the old and weak like all bad flu/cold virus' do at variable rates. It's just another opportunity for the media ( govt ? ) to distract and panic people. It will eventually disappear as a story is my prediction. It's not a spreading 99.9% fatal " Captain Trips" - as the disease in Stephen Kings "The Stand" was called. Just another item to make people worried for awhile. Show them how " helpful" their " government" is. Noise about nothing. Watch. Good Morning everybody
