Wouldn't one conclude just out of common sense and medical history that 4 doses of anything could simply be classified as an "OD"!

I didn't have diabetes, but for your health this guy made a lot of sense for me. Mercola also. www.dietdoctor.com/authors/dr-jason-fung-m-dFung is a nephrologist and saw patients in their end stage of diabetes. His recommendation: One meal a day OMAD. He talked about his experience: he didn't have time to eat. He was too busy at work. On the weekend he would enjoy a meal with his wife and they would eat two meals a day. But he is right - I wasted a ton of time eating lunch. |
