OK, but if vaccines work there is no threat of overburdening hospitals. The argument is the "vaccines" are a symptom lessening injections... with significant short, and unknown long term, side effects. |

And any business that does not accept unvaccinated customers or clients should bear the full brunt of the free market. If they survive and profit, great. If they go out of business, even better. I heard some interesting talk radio yesterday on how those goons in LA CITY can so easily force all this nonsense, small business to most indoor dining, bars, nightclubs, venues etc are owned by the city through their business and liquor licenses, anything they want to force and does not get complied they simply take away or suspend your license. These smaller players have their thumbs screwed to the floor. |

I got busted at Super King today. I had finished my grocery shopping and had just gotten in the checkout line when a little security guy came up to me. The exchange went like this:
Him: Sir, do you have a mask?
Me: Yes, I'm pretty sure I still have a few at home.
Him: I'm sorry, but you'll have to put one on.
Me: But I just said they were at home.
Then he pulled a pack of masks out of his back pocket, took one out and offered to me.
Him: Sir, please put this one on.
Me: No, thank you. You may have Covid on your fingers and now you want me to stick my face in that mask?
Him: Please sir, if you don't I'll have to call the manager.
Me: Please do. I'm sure he'd like to see how you're infecting all his masks by handling them.
Him: Jeez, whatever!
Then he walked away. It wasn't much, but every little victory adds up to a good day.

Refuse to comply, but do it respectfully. It works almost every time.
I also had to go to Spectrum today to return an internet modem and router, and the wait was about 45 minutes. There was an older guy waiting there and wearing a mask. He pulled it down so he could cough into his cupped hands, sounding like he had triple pneumonia and tuberculosis. God only knows what he horked up into his hands. Then he put his mask back on, picked up the gear he was returning, and handed it to the Spectrum rep when his name was called. His mask sure did a hell of a lot of good today, and I'm sure most "progressives" would be gratified that he wore one.

In Orange County Professor? It should be a no-brainer. Just post a list of bad incumbents. Run a slate. It needs to start at the school boards.

Well, I've been a good boy for three or months, but it was only a matter of time before my mouth got the best of me again. I was shopping at Stater Bros. yesterday, and I couldn't believe that everyone was still wearing a mask except for me and one other guy who looked like the poster child for the NRA. The mandate was over three days ago, but the sheep are still scared.
Anyway, I was pushing my cart halfway down the cereal aisle when a middle-aged Asian woman came from the other direction. She came up to me, stopped, and actually shook her finger in my face. The exchange went like this:
Her - Why you no wear mask?
Me - Because I don't want to. Why you wear mask?
Her - I don't want to die. You kill people! You a murderer!
Me - And you are a silly, scared Karen.
Her- You should be in jail.
Me - And you should hide under your bed.
Her - You a asshole!
Me - Then maybe you should kiss me.
Then she stormed off. I think her mouth was wide open in outrage at my insolence, but I couldn't tell for sure because, you know, she was wearing a mask.
