I keep seeing this comparison... why Dylann Roof? The guy is the epitome of evil who surrendered peacefully while both Floyd and Brooks resisted arrest.
I’m sure Roof would be six feet under had he resisted.

By the way, whatever happened to the Democrats' shrieking concerns from 2017-2018 about the "undocumented" whose kids were being "kept in cages?" The Hispanics have suddenly been dropped like a hot potato. Different election cycle I guess.... We’ll, sort of... These are all just pieces of their bigger plan. Democrats have believed for decades that they can influence voters two ways: Promise free stuff to the subjugated masses (like minorities), and destabilize life in the U.S.. the Latino illegals were their opening salvo at both (“free entry” and destabilize border areas). The tool is STILL there and available to call up when they need it. True, but the Democrats need blacks at 90% voting support to have any chance of getting Biden elected. So, at least until after November, they cannot afford to send the message to blacks that their open borders policy is undermining black success. It's a delicate balancing act, but I think Donald Trump just might remind blacks that the Democrats have done them no favors for 50 years now.

At long last, I found the proof systemic racism exists. Funny. I think this just proves that Eugene Robinson and the rest of media is infected with systemic idiocy. You resist arrest, you shoot at the police, you're setting in motion a sequence of events that could result in injury or the loss of life. This isn't rocket science. You know what criminals were killed by the authorities when they resisted arrest, just in the recent past? (the Columbine duo, the elder Boston bomber brother, the San Bernadino spouses, the Orlando Pulse Club shooter, the Bernie supporter who shot Steve Scalise at the GOP softball practice, and the Las Vegas mass shooter, as well as hundreds of others guilty of much lesser crimes.) None of those people were black and most were as white as Elizabeth Warren. You know what black murderer was taken peacefully? Lonnie Franklin, the Los Angeles "Grim Sleeper" serial killer, who was arrested without incident in 2010---and every other person in the history of law enforcement who didn't try to fight the cops, take their weapon, and then flee while trying to shoot them with that weapon.

As if she was reading your post, Kayleigh McEnany just told the Press Corps that Biden is a racist, and proved it... using their own articles.😄

Rule 3.6
(a) A lawyer who is participating or has participated in the investigation or litigation of a matter shall not make an extrajudicial statement that the lawyer knows or reasonably should know will be disseminated by means of public communication and will have a substantial likelihood of materially prejudicing an adjudicative proceeding in the matter.
(b) Notwithstanding paragraph (a), a lawyer may state:
(1) the claim, offense or defense involved and, except when prohibited by law, the identity of the persons involved;
(2) information contained in a public record;
(3) that an investigation of a matter is in progress;
(4) the scheduling or result of any step in litigation;
(5) a request for assistance in obtaining evidence and information necessary thereto;
(6) a warning of danger concerning the behavior of a person involved, when there is reason to believe that there exists the likelihood of substantial harm to an individual or to the public interest; and
(7) in a criminal case, in addition to subparagraphs (1) through (6):
(i) the identity, residence, occupation and family status of the accused;
(ii) if the accused has not been apprehended, information necessary to aid in apprehension of that person;
(iii) the fact, time and place of arrest; and
(iv) the identity of investigating and arresting officers or agencies and the length of the investigation.
(c) Notwithstanding paragraph (a), a lawyer may make a statement that a reasonable lawyer would believe is required to protect a client from the substantial undue prejudicial effect of recent publicity not initiated by the lawyer or the lawyer's client. A statement made pursuant to this paragraph shall be limited to such information as is necessary to mitigate the recent adverse publicity.
(d) No lawyer associated in a firm or government agency with a lawyer subject to paragraph (a) shall make a statement prohibited by paragraph (a).

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Fla) handles a scumbag like Eric Swalwell (D-Ca) exactly the right way. And make no mistake, anyone who pulls crap like this is a scumbag.

BTW, Rep. Swalwell is another California politician who is trying to stir up racial divides. He outright lied for 3.5 years about the Russian Collusion hoax. He continues to run a close 2nd or 3rd behind Schiff and Pelosi for the biggest POS in the House.

Rayshard Brooks: Both officers charged in shooting turn themselves in to policeOfficer Roulfe's attorney asserted a similar argument as to the one I posted above, but on State Grounds. Paul Howard should be ashamed of himself for making one of the most shameful, politically motivated statements I have ever witnessed in my life... You lied about Roufle's partner testifying against him. You lied about your stance on tasers NOT being classified as a deadly weapon. You jumped the gun (no pun intended) on filing a case to get votes. You should be ashamed of yourself and I hope that once this case is submitted to the Grand Jury, your case falls apart like your bullshit career.

You couldn't pay me enough to go through that. I'm afraid I'd be one of those cops everyone would riot about. Oh really...you want to resist arrest? Real bullets. I'm wondering how many of those guys protesting would handle it any different.
