This also is overdue, if frivolous, weak lawsuits come with some consequence should that be so proven, pay for damages in your loss.

In this country, Personal Injury lawsuits have been out of control for decades. Most believe, if they have been injured, it means they get their turn at the Big Wheel lottery.
One of the biggest drivers of rising medical costs is fraud, whether frivolous lawsuits, padding the bill, unnecessary treatment, or personal vendetta, almost everyone is guilty, and medical costs aren't the only victim. Your insurance costs as much as it does, in large part, because everyone wants to sue someone. Car repair costs, same story.
The families of the men Rittenhouse shot were always going to sue Rittenhouse house, regardless of the outcome of the trial. They wanted their spin at the big wheel as their reward for losing a son. I'm sure they are waiting to see if Rittenhouse sues the media outlets before they file their lawsuits: If Rittenhouse sues and wins, their reward is that much bigger.

Those group names pretty much tell you all you need to know, don't they? Without seeing any photos, I'd bet the percentage of members with blue hair and nose rings is much higher in those four groups than in the general population. |

Cuomo is off CNN now. I heard they took him off the air because he stood up for his brother??
Anyway, Both Rittenhous and the Sandman would be great for any channel. Both are smart and articulate. I hope they sue the pants off CNN. Shame on CNN and MSNBC.

Story is, he "helped" his brother, but I have not seen what that means. Although, after he was canned, I did notice his show was still listed in the TV guide listings. |

Allegedly, he leveraged the investigative resources of CNN to try and dig up dirt on his brother's accusers. Clearly, the Cuomos are just a model loving family all the way around. |
