It's not like they'll face execution if they remain. Facilitating moves would be one of the considerations. What else? Isn't that enough? California has 39 million people and would almost certainly be a blue state in the new Liberal States of America. But there are also 15 million citizens in this state who would want to be part of the Conservative States of America. Would they all have to move?

Memorial Day weekend, three days, three parties/events i Attended, two of them I spoke w/ couples/families who were already in motion to leave California and headed to Tennessee. Its not random anymore, it's a "thing".

First off, I think the new border would be just south of San Francisco so both new countries would have coastal access on the Atlantic and Pacific. Most importantly though, not everyone will move right away because the incentives might not be enough. Hell... We haven't moved yet. And by incentives, I mean our blood hasn't boiled enough yet for us to make the move, but if the ULSA was clearly headed towards a Venezuela like existence, I'm sure we would pack our bags and figure it out.
