Man, how the mighty have fallen. 80 years ago we defeated Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan. Now we fight a 20-year war against a bunch of hoodlums in dresses and we lose.

You had to know THIS was coming: Bolton Claims Afghanistan Withdrawal Would Have Looked the Same Under Trump
(I've read of others saying it as well)... But It is an irrelevant attempt at misdirection. Trump was NOT re-elected, and he did NOT do the same thing, and a disgruntled Bolton (neither anyone else) is in any position to know what Trump or anyone would have done. The point is, Biden did it, and he should be held accountable for it. |

Look for infighting in the Taliban as tribes start fighting for power. IMO it will be a Beirut Lebanon or Syria in a year.

In fact, at least the past two presidents stated their intent to do just that: Obama took heat for promising it, but not doing anything about it, and Trump started a draw-down, but did not complete it. I think Biden was told to pull the trigger, maybe even promised we would hail him as a hero for doing so... by cowards who will not ever acknowledge their roles. I don't believe he understood what he was doing... or the impact it would have. |

It was TRUMP who began the withdrawal during his administration. |
