When I started this thread I liked DeSantis better too, but now I think the best chance of killing the deep state is to get Trump in there. This fifth column, this deep state, has to be stopped. If you had any association with Trump you have been arrested one way or another. They are afraid of him. He might be able to rid much of the higher ups in the FBI, DOJ, etc of these rascals - these leftists.

MD, I agree. The most popular candidate, the paradigm shift of the party, is being prosecuted by a Soros-backed DA.
I might have mentioned this before, but my wife is worried about AI. I tell her, forget about AI, the problem is the government. Look at the weaponized government. The DOJ, the FBI, and perhaps the military. It is shocking.

I might have mentioned this before, but my wife is worried about AI. I agree with your wife. Starting with the 2024 campaigns, we won't be able to believe a single thing we hear or see in campaign ads or news coverage because of A.I. So what do we have to rely on in choosing our candidate when all reality is suspect and open to manipulation? |

DeSantis strengths behind a podium, does not appear he is much of a "people person". He has positioned himself in this race poorly as the photo above and polling show. He still may have a promising future, but it doesn't appear to be so now.

I consider myself a good tactician, field general, party planner, soothsayer..... when DeSantis didn't step to the plate early, gave Trump a running head start hoping he would fail, showed a weak tactician, bad game plan, out right lame campaign chiefs and now has let go getters like Vivek pull along side of him...., I saw this, called..., "Do not run NOW, take a pass, prepare for a better opportunity. But no..., jumped into the fire and as much as I do not want him to fail, all polls show he has. Heres another tis bit, Trump is hammered by media 24/7, his numbers barely effected. When the media saw DeSantis as a threat, they jumped him, his numbers tanked. I think this is where the real problem for him lies....
