MD basketball used to have all of OC and beyond to attract players from. Best coaches, facilities, etc. MD has slipped a little, and a deeper talent pool now plays in other leagues (Mission, Big 8 and Baseline leagues come to mind)-and the Trinity League is much more competitive with MD with the exception of Servite than it once was.
