It's interesting that Harris several times insisted on Yes or No answers from Barrett, especially considering that Kamala is the undisputed queen of evasion and misdirection. She answers almost every Yes or No question with some variation of "We should have a conversation about that." What a bitch.

In the LGBTQ acronym, the Q used to be a sexual slur. Now isn't it just redundant to the letters ahead of it? It's like having a White, Black, Hispanic, Asian, Human acronym.

I'm getting off topic here, but I'm actually opposed to putting them into any bucket.
I've never really considered what goes on behind my neighbor's door to be my business, let alone care to ponder whether what they're doing is a choice or not.

Schumer is claiming the democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee will not show up to vote on ACB so as to deny the Republicans Quorem.

i might be wrong, but the rules of the Senate require a quorum of 51% and it is always assumed quorum is present unless someone calls for a Quorum Count, or otherwise challenges quorum.
there are 22 Senators on the Judiciary Committee. 12 of whom are Republicans... so more than 51%
it looks to me like it doesn’t matter how many democrats show up on 10/22, unless the Committee has different quorum rules.
