Speaking of cruel, the Dodgers were leading in the 9th of game 4...OUCH!!
Not to rub salt in the wound, but flashbacks of 2017 & 2018 are now running on auto repeat in every Dodger fans head. You best hope the same isn't happening in the players or Dave Roberts head.

...and on the Kershaw for Mrs October take, I'd say that didn't age particularly well here in the fall classic.

Oh ye of little faith. ...and on the Kershaw for Mrs October take, I'd say that didn't age particularly well here in the fall classic. Kershaw is now 13-12 in the postseason with a 4.19 ERA. That's closer to Mr. Mediocre or Mrs. October than it is to Hall of Famer. |

Yeah, with my starting pitcher allowing two hits, no runs and striking out nine in just over five innings I think I’ll pull him because he gave up a single.............. Because that’s how I roll.

Christ, Arte Moreno is a dumbass. Once again he's hired a rookie general manager who's never done it before to rebuild a team that is a walking trainwreck. This guy really needs to sell the team.

I read that article and wondered the same thing. the only reason I can come up with is, an unseasoned, inexperienced GM would continue letting Moreno interfere, just as he did with Eppler. I assume Carpino is either doing it too, or he is as ineffective as Eppler was (or clueless). regrettably, Moreno will eventually blame Minasian if he doesn’t get almost immediate results (meanwhile, Carpino is hiring short stops to fill holes that aren’t there as all the available pitching talent is being snatched up on other teams. |
